Dispenser: 16 Bottle Wine Dispenser

We are delighted to be working with Bistro du Vin at their new flagship bistro in Clerkenwell. We’re providing a 16 bottle dispensers for their launch on the 7th April, and we can’t wait to see the reaction from the invited guests and celebrities.

Launch Party

The launch party, held on the 7th April, was a huge success for Bistro du Vin and By The Glass! The venue was packed with over 300 people throughout the night, and the guests ended up rubbing elbows with each other as well as famous celebrities. We were graced with appearences by Michel Roux Jr, Pierre Kauffman, Stuart Gillies, Sir Ian Botham, Nick Knowles, all served fantastic food by the talented chefs in the open Kitchen area, and served perfectly preserved wines from our By The Glass Wine Dispenser. In the words of Bistro du Vin themselves on their Blog: “The “By The Glass” dispenser proved to be a complete smash.”

Bistro Du Vin, by Ronan Sayburn…

I am very excited to announce the first ever Bistro du Vin in London. This will be the first of many that we hope to create in local neighbourhoods around London. Our first will be close to Farringdon Tube station and Smithfield Market in the site of the old East Side Inn. There is a fantastic space here with a big open plan kitchen and separate cocktail bar area.
