Dispenser: 2 x 10 Bottle Wine Dispensers

Hush originally had their By The Glass machine in their private dining room. The concept proved so successful that they ordered, in conjunction with their wine supplier Enotria, a second 10 bottle wine dispenser. They have installed the two dispensers side by side in their downstairs bar allowing them to offer 20 wines by the glass from a key focal point.

Results

Hush has already seen the average price per glass increase since installing the machines. Alongside this, Hush are selling wines by the glass from bottles they were struggling to sell prior to the installation of the wine dispensers.
