Remo Crolla’s latest venture is to open a new Italian eatery in the Argyle Street area of Glasgow. This restaurant is the accumulations of years of planning, and careful research into the exact concept on offer. The concept is one of theatre and sharing, allowing customers to see foods being prepared close up, whilst also allowing them to discover and enjoy a variety of speciality Italian foods.

To match this wide variety of food, Remo invested in two 16-bottle systems, which allows him to offer 32 wines by the glass, and to easily match each of the courses on offer. It also allows him to offer extremely high end wines, something which he is keen to do to set himself apart from others in the city.

Results

Customers will be able to buy bottles of wine, and, if they want to return another night to finish it, Panevino will happily store and preserve the wine until their next visit – a unique feature to the venue. The small sharing plates and platters are also going to be a massive draw, as it will allow customers the opportunity to mix and match different foods to match their tastes and likes.
